Dems use Frost Kid to Avoid substance on SCHIP

E.J. Dionne calls opponents of expanded SCHIP benefits "Meanies and Hypocrites" for daring to question the propriety of using a kid to flog their stealth socialized medicine incrementalism. Dionne probably had this column written before Dems and this child's useful idiot parents put him on air. They expected the backlash and were prepared to demagogue the issue no matter what it did to this seventh grader's psyche. In short, they set the kid up as they don't care who gets hurt in their neverending quest to make government the most powerful force in American's lives.

The mere fact that Democrats shamelessly exploited this twelve year old is prima facie evidence they can't argue this proposal on its merits; since it has none that most Americans would find sensible or fair. There's nothing new about that of course, since appeals based on emotions and feelings rather than reason is the Left's M.O. for all of their hare-brained schemes.

Muslim Human Rights experts to teach EU

Saudi Arabia plans on lecturing the EU on Human Rights. Among other things, the Saudi Human Rights Commission (the what?) will be voicing their concerns over the abuse of Euro-Muslims and their not being allowed to practice their faith. This from a country where bibles are illegal and the practicing of any faith other than Islam can be a capital offense.

Anti-Gun lunacy kills kids

The Cleveland school shooting shows once again that kids are safer at a gun show or their local shooting range than a public school. If The Children are our "most precious commodity" then why do they have less protection than the day's receipts at McDonalds? Our schools advertise an open door policy for murderous nuts as gun free zones. I doubt even the gun banners would put a sign on their lawn pronouncing that fact.
